Project TERMINUS Milestones

2023

* Project TERMINUS grew worldwide by beginning its TERMINUS country support to Colombia, Tajikistan, Trinidad and Tobago, Cambodia, and Vietnam.

* USNCB Project TERMINUS led a multi-national workshop on law enforcement and border security coordination comprised of senior representatives from eleven Association of Southeast Asia Nations (ASEAN) member countries who met to discuss the potential adoption of TERMINUS solutions throughout the region. This workshop led to the drafting of cooperation agreements with the governments of Thailand, Cambodia, and the Philippines.

* Barbados - Leveraging Project TERMINUS software and hardware solutions, USNCB staff assisted NCB Bridgetown in the configuration, implementation, and deployment of a TERMINUS software solution to create SLTD records in the INTERPOL database.

* Georgia - Project TERMINUS team met with their counterparts virtually over a three-month period to present the technical solutions available. These meeting enabled Nominal Downloader/INTERPOL Nominal data consumption, and a distribution solution permitting Georgia to begin screening all travelers against INTERPOL nominal data. â€‹

* Project TERMINUS Expanded its efforts by staffing Country Support to the Caribbean and Central/South America. Project TERMINUS created and staffed a liaison position at CARICOM's Headquarters in Barbados and a contracted position in Panama City, Panama.

* Belize - The USNCB TERMINUS team traveled to Belize to discuss multiple TERMINUS enabled enhancements with the various agencies. NCB Belmopan and CIO Belize Immigrations requested that USNCB prioritize deploying TERMINUS tools and services as soon as possible.
